About Washed

1.Garment wash 

The washing we are familiar with is changed to mechanization, the water temperature is about 30-45 °C, plus a certain detergent, after about 15 minutes of ordinary washing, over water with softener can make the fabric softer, comfortable, more natural and cleaner in the vision. A denim wash usually lasts about 10 minutes, depending on the length of the wash and the amount of chemicals used.

1, the stability of clothing is enhanced, through washing water, can be shrunk in advance, so that the size is stable.

2, the beauty of clothing is enhanced, through different washing methods, you can wash a variety of effects of color and texture, and deeply loved by people, so that the added value of clothing increases.

Application: 1. Jeans and denim jackets made of woven cotton denim or blended denim are the most common washing clothes in our washing factory.

2. Casual dress pants and jacket made of woven cotton cloth or blended cotton cloth are the most common washed clothes in our washing plant, such as wrinkle-proof dress pants and wrinkle-proof shirt.

3. Leisure clothes made of knitted cotton or blended cotton shall be washed according to the requirements of customers.

2.Jean/Denim wash 

1.monkey wash

Spray the potassium permanganate solution on the clothing with an airbrush according to the design requirements, and chemical reaction will make the cloth fade. The degree of fading was controlled by the concentration of potassium permanganate and the amount of spray. From the effect of the point of view, the monkey fading uniform, surface and inner layer of fading, and can achieve a strong fading effect. While sandblasting only has discoloration on the surface, you can see the physical damage to the fibers. The original color of jeans in local according to the design needs through a certain way to produce fading effect.

2.wash hole

Choose a pair of jeans that fit and are comfortable, then soak them in fresh water with bleach, or wash them repeatedly with a fabric softener to whiten the whole pair. To create a worn out look, roll something harder like a discarded espadrille and jeans in the dryer to create a worn out look.

If you don't want to cut out the entire hole, you can also use sandpaper to directly sand the part you want to create the effect, to create a wear and tear effect.

If you only want to create a partial white look, opt for darker jeans to highlight the contrast. Then dip a brush or brush in bleach and apply to the areas you want to highlight.

3.yeast wash/enzyme wash

enzyme is a kind of cellulase, it can in a certain PH value and temperature, degradation of fiber structure, so that the cloth can be more gentle fading, hair (produce "peach skin" effect), and get lasting soft effect.

They can be used with or instead of STONE. If they are used with stone, it is often called ENZYME STONE WASH.

5.snow wash

The dry pumice stone is soaked with potassium permanganate solution, and then it is polished directly with the clothes in the special rotating cylinder. The pumice stone is polished on the clothes, so that the potassium permanganate oxidizes the friction points, and the cloth is irregularly faded, forming white spots similar to snowflakes.
