After we confirm all the sample and quantity things, we will going for the production. The process will be as below:
1, Purchase Bulk fabric
2, Check the fabric before Cutting
3, Shrink the fabric and flat the fabric for restore.
4, Print the paper maker and Cutting the fabric
5, Sew the swatches follow as the approval Per-production Sample
6, QC all details on production line.
7,Check and clothes and measure the clothes as per spec.
8,Iron the Clothes
9, Remove the extra thread and adding the accessories
10, Pack into polybag & carton
11, Arrange delivery
